I have a good habit of eating breakfast without fail. However, I have a bad habit of eating all the local delicacies like mee hoon and such, which are very high in carbs and fats.
As such, as part of the plan to eat healthier and to limit the incessant expansion of the waistline, I am now adding granola bars into my breakfast selection.
Tried Kashi roasted almond crunch and found it to be quite tasty. However, do note that the texture of the bar is a bit hard (not the soft chewy kind) , almost like a hard cookie, so you will need to really chew on it and wash it down with a cup of coffee or something.
